Fuel Team is dedicated, around the clock, to ensure that you receive a fast and efficient fueling service.

Safety:
V1 implementing IATA international standards to guarantee safety procedures to refuel your aircraft. Our qualified team monitors all suppliers ‘performance on regular basis, besides facilitating worldwide insurance coverage. We have established fuel supply contracts with supplier to secure your fuel uplift requirements including destinations where fuel might be in short supply.

Flexibility:
Credit lines facilities for loyal customers depend on Global contracts for one year or more. Deposit and more.

Transparency:
You will get a simple final invoice with the fuel ticket within few days from the date of operation, no hidden items or additional fees after quoted price.

Terms and Conditions

1/- Fuel & Tax is subject to change without advanced notice due to market variation, and/or exchange rate fluctuations (where applicable). Amended price should be requested monthly. (1 USG = 3.7854 liters)
2/- Fuel surcharge of Euros 50.00 or equivalent currency applicable, for fuel uplift less than 395 USG or 1,500 liters.
3/- Fuel tax of Euros 0.020/usg (not incluse in fuel ticket) is payable by Handler or Operator’representative.
4/- Fuel supervision of Euros 45.50 applicable or equivalent of Dollars 50.00 USD.
5/- Cash payment is needed before A/C departure. Advance payment deposit as revolving account is preferred.
6/- Fuel on Credit Basis (7 or 14 days payment) is applicable under an agreement.
8/- Fuel mentioned price is valid for international uplifts.
9/- Invoicing is based on the fuel ticket quantity (not on fuel price delivery), that ticket should be attached to the invoice. (Copy of ticket quantity is provide to the Crew at the time of fuelling).
10/- (*1) Notice: fuel shortages at FCOU/FCOD without NOTAM. (*) Notice 02 : Colored prices are not updated.
