The first step towards getting one is to obtain an official invitation from country entity. Invitations vary depending on purpose of trip, duration of stay and how fast they are processed by the Immigration.

Airport Lounge Arrangements: We endeavor to make your waiting time as comfortable and productive as it gets. We also arrange fast track and specially designated check-in desks at airports without lounges. Lounge details are always included in the briefing information prior flight.

Catering:
Most business aviation flights require a catering arrangement. We offers a choice of caterers corresponding to various individual preferences of business aviation passengers.

Ground Transportation:
We enable to obtain preferential rates for passengers or crew require ground transportation to reach their hotel or other destination. Chauffeured cars, minivans and armored cars are available 24 hours upon your request. If required English-speaking drivers may be arranged.

Accommodation –Hotel:
As part of handling arrangement, we work 24 hours and always happy to assist with hotel reservations for flight crew members. Our operations department pinpoints the most suitable hotels depending the budget.
